Keeping Your Family in Mind

I approach sleep training from a mindfulness perspective. It is super important that sleep training is about trust building and bonding with your child. I'm here to offer you a fresh perspective, one that doesn't just focus on sleep, but on building a strong bond with your child too.

Here is what it is, how I apply it and why.

Mindfulness is the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. When a child is feeling overwhelmed it is important that we can help them to identify how they are feeling and that they feel heard. Bedtime can sometimes be a tricky time for kids. They might have a lot of thoughts bouncing around in their heads or feel a little anxious about going to sleep. That's where mindfulness comes in. It helps kids to calm down and relax as they wind down for the night.

As part of my sleep packages I help parents to incorporate mindfulness into the bedtime routine, cover self-care exercise and bonding/reflection circles. These exercises work wonders by easing anxiety, promoting bonding, and building trust for infants up to school aged children.

Let's talk about sleep training in a whole new light - as a family trust-building journey, with the bonus of better sleep. Imagine this process as not just about sleep, but about deepening your connection with your little one.

If you're ready to embark on a sleep training adventure that doesn't just focus on zzz's, but also on heartwarming moments, trust-building, and a deeper bond, I am here to guide you. Let's make sleep training a time for connection and growth.
